Unfortunately, the Tonsley Innovation District, MAB building is not listed as a pet-friendly venue. We kindly ask that fur-friends be left at home. Thank you!

Yes, we are free to attend and suitable for all ages! We pride ourselves on providing the community free and all inclusive markets and events. We ensure all events have a family-friendly vibe and atmosphere.

Do alcohol businesses offer consumption on site?

Our State is home to many incredible local distilleries, wineries and breweries. Our events proudly showcases a number of these businesses and vendors for tastings and take-away sales only. No alcohol for regular consumption is permitted at our events.

Is Sunday Funday Markets and Taste Fest events Wheelchair and Pram friendly?

Tonsley Innovation District ensures accessibility by offering multiple entry points, including ramp access, to our events. Our accessible changing rooms are equipped with modern facilities such as height-adjustable change tables, hoists, and clean environments for both carers and individuals with disabilities. Although our events may be busy during peak periods, we make every effort to provide ample walkways and implement crowd control measures to enable all attendees to navigate with ease.

Are your events under-cover and suitable for all seasons?

Tonsley Innovation District's MAB building, although technically undercover, encourages patrons and event participants to dress according to the season. The building features multiple open-air spaces, including the Tonsley forest. All market and event activities are undercover and secure from any rainfall.

How best shall I travel to Tonsley?

Travelling to and from Tonsley is easy, whether you plan on waking public transport, cycling, or driving. There are two entrances to Tonsley by car, Tonsley Boulevard via South Road on the east and Alawoona Avenue via Marion Road on the west. Tonsley has train and bus transport with a direct rail link and road corridor to the CBD. Visit the Adelaide Metro website for timetables and real-time service information. Cyclists have dedicated off-road lanes and shared paths within ring roads at Tonsley.
